Artisanal preserves using local and traditional ingredients for all natural marmalades, salsas, jams, jellies and chutneys with no artificial chemicals or preservatives. Screech marmalade, Jumbleberry Jam, spiced apple jelly and hot pepper jelly are all specialties and there are over 120 varieties and still counting, based on Newfoundland’s produce and flavours. Sarah also brings other traditional Newfoundland craft wares featuring textile arts in rug hooking, quilting, and doll making, metalwork and jewellery design combining sterling silver and locally inspired “steampunk” designs.
